- How do I place an Order?​

To place an Order, please email me at melisweetcreations@gmail.com with the exact amount, colors and specifications of the items you would like, with the date, time, and address of your event with a telephone number, we may best reach you at.
- ​Do you require advance notice on Orders?
​
​​​YES​, All Orders ​must be made within 3 weeks prior ​to event with 50% of the deposit. Reservations are NOT confirmed until deposit is made. The total balance must be paid in full on the day of the event.
Deposit
- Is a Deposit required?​​

Meli's Sweet Creations requires 50% of the order. Deposit must be made to confirmed the order. If deposit is NOT made, we do NOT guarantee your order.​

- Do you require a cancellations notice?
​
Cancellations must be made 48 to 72 hours prior to the event. If not done, we are not required to return deposit.
Cancellations
- I need to change my order?
​
​Sure, You can change your order. We require​ 4 days​ prior to event notice on any changes.

- What are your hours of operation?​

You can contact me anytime via email (melisweetcreations@gmail.com). I check my messages daily. I am a full time mother to 2 handsome little boys so my best time to response to messages are after 5 pm.
